Before you book

Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every WOD scales. The coach gives you a load and a movement you can do today, and the stimulus stays the same as the person lifting twice your weight. Beginners welcome, ego optional.
What time do classes run?
Dawn Patrol is at 06:00 Monday to Friday. Strength runs Monday 19:30, Hardio Cardio Wednesday 19:30, and The Long Game at 09:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Sixteen spots a class, twenty at the weekend.
Where are you?
PLOFit, Kings Lane, Longcot, Oxfordshire, SN7 7SS. Five minutes from Faringdon, fifteen from Swindon, parking on site.
How much does it cost?
A drop-in is £15. The Habit plan is £99/mo for twelve classes. Full Send is £139/mo for unlimited. No joining fee, cancel any time.
